How to ask

Email contact@sleepcrafters.in from the address you bought with, attach your completed tracker, and say you want a refund.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.
